Return-Refund-Cancellation & Exchange Policy
Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at helpdesk@securestyleapparels.com Exchanges depend on item availability.
Exchange and return are not applicable if the order was made during a clearance sale, or a discount coupon was used during checkout.
· To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the below criteria:
· Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
· Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice, and other papers if any.
· Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
· Exchange charges are Rs 250 as we do not have our delivery service. we rely on third-party delivery partners.
NOTE: Returns and Refunds are not available for items purchased through the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and the SecureStyle Apparels amazing deals or any bundle offer.
Return shipping:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
Cancellation:
Changed your mind? No problem. You are able to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, no questions asked (although we’d love to know what changed your mind). To cancel your order, please write to us at helpdesk@securestyleapparels.com with the subject line, ‘Order Cancellation Request’ and mention your Order ID.
· If your order is shipped already, we won’t be able to cancel it, unfortunately.
· In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, please write to us at helpdesk@securestyleapparels.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Our customer care team will help you out.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
